Our AI analysis services are designed to assist healthcare professionals and are not intended to replace professional medical judgment. All analysis results should be reviewed and validated by qualified medical professionals. The Company does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Users are solely responsible for the clinical interpretation and application of our analysis results. We do not assume liability for medical decisions made based on our technology.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Eligibility

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim
